Customer has 30 calendar days to file a claim for a return/refund/exchange. In order to be eligible, item(s) must be unused in the same condition as was received and in its original packaging. Return/refunds/exchanges are only available pending approval. To file a return/refund/exchange claim, customer must email contactjrmintcreations@gmail.com with description of issue and pictures of item in its original packaging. Upon approval, JMC will provide customer with return shipping address. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs
